Ilangai Tamil Sangam of Newfoundland was formed in April 2017. It was inaugurated with our first function of the Tamil New Year festival with our Ceylon Tamil Community living in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Its main function is to conduct Tamil Classes, Cultural Festivals, and to improve Tamil art forms such as Carnatic music, Bharatanatyam, and musical instruments, for our younger generation.
