The Purposes of the association:
The main objectives of this association are to assist persons who are Sri Lankan Tamils presently resident in Newfoundland and Labrador and also to determine and represent the interests of such Sri Lankan Tamils to the relevant authorities in Canada and the rest of the world.
1. To provide a meeting ground for Tamils and Tamil speaking people from Sri Lanka residing in Newfoundland and Labrador
2. To promote & study the appreciation of Tamil culture, language and music
